Drawings showing construction and set-out details, and product information that showcase the proposed finishes.

Send documents to prospective builders for contractual conditions.

Co-ordinate with council requests for further information and/or clarification to documentation.

Site & quality construction works monitoring, regular meetings to address any issues, Progress Claims, finalise documents for Code Compliance Certificate (Project completion & occupation) and post completion follow up.
